Since there's no variable, no toString() method exists (well, the var is considered undefined).

hey jcrbcn, I wonder if you could help me again. your suggestion fixed my initial problem, but when I add a trigger now I get e-mails from app-scripts@google.com which tells me "TypeError: Cannot find function getDataRange in object [object Object]. (Zeile 18, Datei "Code")" which would be this line: imgur.com/a/6t2UXwhat is the problem here? when I use the updatePlaylist function in the sheet it works well. cheers, LPanic

Hi is there a problem with the script? It has been working for years until today. now my playlist is not updating. i ran the updatePlaylists script inside the editor in debug mode and right away it produced an error.. "TypeError: Cannot call method "toString" of undefined. (line 17, file "Code")" Any ideas?

I've been using this awesome script for a while now, but I've run into a problem over the last few days. Several of my playlists are adding multiple copies of each video, so I've got tons of duplicates in my playlists now. Help??

I manage to get videos from channels, but it doesn't work on playlists. On the debug tab I get this message:
Cannot search YouTube, ERROR: Message: [API call to youtube.search.list failed with error: Invalid channel.] Details: {"message":"Invalid channel.","code":400,"errors":[{"domain":"youtube.search","reason":"invalidChannelId","message":"Invalid channel.","locationType":"parameter","location":"channelId"}]}
I get this on any playlist ID I try to pull from. Any fix for this?

Hi @ben, sorry for the delay, I don't monitor this board all that often. The script was updated a few days after you made that comment to fix that issue, so if you pull the most recent script, it should work. Let me know if you still have any problems
@everyone We have pushed a few changes to the script in the recent months, especially in regards to debugging, so some of the problems above might have already been fixed. Please post again if your problem still persists after trying with the new code. I'll also try to check back on this board more often.
